Focus on federal and state strategic tax planning, equity planning and management, maximizing cooperative and patron benefits, ASC740 calculations, and representation before the IRS and other state taxing authorities. Speaker at various local and national organizations on technical tax topics such as the principles of cooperative taxation, tax planning, tax reform, equity management, and various state tax matters. Rebecca holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and a Master of Science Taxation from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She is a member of the National Society of Accountant for Cooperatives and serves as the National Tax Committee Chair and writer for the Cooperative Accountant.
