Naomi Mangold

Naomi Mangold is Senior Director of Member Relations Ag at Land O Lakes.   Member Relations Ag vision is to deliver exceptional cooperative value to LOL Owners while creating system success.   Member Relations Ag works with Owners in development of their go-to market strategies, board and leadership development, and divisional alignment of Land O’ Lakes Business Units.

Naomi has over 30 years of professional business experience at Land O Lakes.  She has held roles within Purina, WinField United, and more recently has led the strategy and team in Member Relations Ag.

Naomi’s  experiences range from managing diverse sales forces, leading boards through cooperative workshops, and bringing executive teams through strategic development creation.

Naomi holds an MBA from Winona State University in Winona, MN and she received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business from the University of Minnesota, St. Paul.
